Tellhow (Shenzhen) Sci-Tech Park is located at Guanlan Hi-Tech Park, Longhua New Area, Shenzhen. Tellhow Smart Power Company (Shenzhen) in the Park is a hi-tech power technology enterprise and a professional company mainly engaged in the technological development, production and operation of power equipment, power technology, instruments and automation systems. Tellhow (Harbin) Creative Industry Park is located in the core area of Harbin Scientific and Technological Innovation City, with a total construction area of 120,000 square meters. The Park is surrounded by many national and provincial key scientific and technological innovation enterprises and projects, with a strong atmosphere of hi-end industries. Tellhow Mingde College of Guizhou University (Guiyang) was established in June 2001. In September 2013, Guizhou University signed a cooperation agreement with Tellhow Group to jointly run Mingde College of Guizhou University. As of November 2018, the number of students enrolled at the college reached 9,839, the number of teachers with master’s degree or above accounted for 54.79% of the total, and that of “double-qualified” teachers with corporate work experience and professional/practical qualification certificates in relevant professional industries accounted for 23.48%.
